In Happy app, the user will be in a position to accept yeah reject a survey, then fill the questionnaire, and see the history of what had been filled by himself.

these features are helpful for the user to either accept the survey or reject a survey at any point of time and doesnt bound to any responsibility.

Once the survey is completed the user can logout from the happy app and just close.
